6. Access Control and Account Administration

StitchSense uses role-based access controls across its Services.

Customer tenant or factory administrators may provision accounts, manage user access, and invite authorized users within their organization. Depending on role and permission level, administrators may have access to worker-related and operational data within their organization, while other users may have more limited access.

Accounts for the StitchSense Edge Tablet App are provisioned and managed by customer administrators.

7. Product-Specific Terms

StitchSense Website

If you submit a contact form, request a demo, or otherwise contact us through our website, we use that information to respond to your inquiry, provide requested information, schedule demonstrations, and manage related business communications. Information submitted through website inquiry channels is treated confidentially.

Demo environments made available to prospects are intended not to contain customer production data.

Stitch IQ Dashboard

The Stitch IQ Dashboard is used by customer organizations and their authorized staff. Tenant accounts are administrator-managed. Once a tenant environment has been established, customer administrators may invite users from their organization by email.

The Dashboard may be used to upload, store, and process files, images, PDFs, tech packs, and related materials as part of platform workflows. The Dashboard also uses session cookies, browser storage, local storage, caching, and similar technologies to support session persistence, security, and limited functionality.

The Dashboard does not use camera, microphone, location, or notification permissions.

StitchSense Edge Tablet App

The StitchSense Edge Tablet App is used to support operational data collection and related workflows within customer environments. The Tablet App may be used to capture, upload, store, or sync operational records, images, files, and related materials. Depending on functionality, certain content may be stored locally on the device and/or in cloud storage.

The Tablet App may also use technical logging, analytics, and related infrastructure services to support operation, reliability, troubleshooting, and improvement.

8. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, browser storage, local storage, caching, and similar technologies where appropriate to support authentication, session persistence, security, service reliability, and limited platform functionality.

These technologies are used primarily in connection with web-based access to the Services.

9. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including measures relating to encryption in transit, authentication, access control, secure infrastructure, and system monitoring.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, support customer operations, maintain business and audit records, comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, the relevant Service, customer configuration, and applicable requirements.

11. Deletion Requests and Privacy Inquiries

Because platform accounts are generally provisioned and managed by customer administrators, users may need to contact their organization administrator regarding account access, corrections, updates, or deletion requests.

Users and customer organizations may also contact StitchSense directly regarding privacy questions or deletion requests at:

support@stitchsense.ai

We will handle such requests in accordance with applicable law and our operational, contractual, legal, security, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping obligations.

Personal information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside the user's country of residence, subject to appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

13. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Services after any updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy.
